[jawsscripts] is SayFormattedMessageWithVoice function not available for us?

Hello friends, in some scripts ship with JAWS, I saw a function named:
SayFormattedMessageWithVoice, so I want to know what this function is,
because when I tried it from the insert function dialog, The script
manager said: "Invalid function name.
so what is this mistery?
And btw all of you, I asked a focus related issue some days back, please
throw some lite on it as well friends.
