If the same actual scripts will work but the different soft synths run as different programs it may be as simple as adding entries to your configNames.ini file. If each synth needs a different set of scripts (and you need to write them) you might want to look at Jamal's script template, it has dummy routines for each of the events jaws fires, so no need to guess about the parameters or possibly miss an event.
