I wonder what the priority frames attribute does. Perhaps it addresses overlaps, and chooses which would fire. ----- Original Message ----- From: <shane-jawsscripts@xxxxxx> To: <jawsscripts@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, October 30, 2012 7:01 AM Subject: [jawsscripts] newtextevent and overlapping frames Hello list, I have a script that uses frames to define monitor regions of the screen. Alas, I cannot get my data using cursordown etc. Anyways my frame names have the screen resolution embedded in the frame name and my newTextEvent function uses sFramename to see where the text has appeared. It Queries the frame name based on the current resolution. As I have several frames which can overlap, my question is when text is written to the screen, which framename is included in newTextEvent if the text is written into a frame that overlaps with another? Should newTextEvent be called more than once in this case with the two frame names? Thanks, Shane __________ View the list's information and change your settings at http://www.freelists.org/list/jawsscripts __________ View the list's information and change your settings at http://www.freelists.org/list/jawsscripts
