Nope, I see file, no options, but if I move around a little I see settings.
Nothing in there has this setting.

You don't have a file>options>display settings group?
1. Press ALT+F.
2. Arrow down to options and press ENTER.
3. Arrow down to display.
4. Tab until you reach a setting that looks similar to 'show note containers
on the page' checkbox.

OK, I got things working, however the note boundaries are not respecting the
old coding so it is going to take some innovation to get it to work. If I
query the notes on the page to see what one is selected, it throttles the
CPIU. I will have to come up with something better. Any ideas?
