I sometimes use those voices configured the same way. Do not be so sure
Freedom Scientific is ignoring your request. Another voice profile I use
says "Caps" and "AllCaps" for capitalization. This capability disappeared
somewhere between JAWS 5 and 9. I was certain that my request went straight
to the circular file cabinet based on their reaction. The next release, not
only did they add this capability to the Sounds and Speech Manager, they
created a training unit describing my exact case.
