Sorry about not getting back to your sooner, but yesterday we had a
power outage here and hence no Internet and it's taken me a while to get
around to catching up with mail etc.
It sounds like you've got everything working. The key thing is to have
the two xml files .qs and .qsm plus providing your own loadNonJCFOptions
function that chains to loadNonJCFOptions.
As for tabbing around, that works for me just fine. Do you have the
same problem when using the QuickSettings dialog in other applications?
The dialog is coded by FS and there's nothing you can do to change it.
Have you altered the operation of the Tab key in your scripts? If so,
perhaps you need to make an exception to allow the Tab key to work by
default when the QuickSettings dialog has the focus.
You do not need the AdjustJAWSOptions script. That script is provided
in the Foobar Scripts because the scripts work with versions of JAWS
prior to 13.0. The QuickSettings dialog first appear in JAWS 13. Prior
to that, there was a different, messier mechanism for adding custom
settings to script sets. The Foobar Scripts demonstrate how to set up
both mechanisms in parallel and the scripts choose which mechanism
(AdjustJAWSOptions or QuickSettings) to use based on the version of JAWS
that is running at the time.
