[jawsscripts] thunderbird scripts and api

Does anyone know if Jamals thunderbird scripts include API? I was taking a
look at the API and wow, it is old. Circa 2003 from what the info says but
updated last in September of 2013. There are some missing pages on the site
such as folders and if you can populate a list of folders under a mail
account to move messages to. I haven't used the thunderbird scripts yet, but
anyone have any experience with it?
