I just downloaded the utility and used it. How exactly do use Skype Watch.
I am just trying to find out if I have used it before.

but why don't you download the mitic JAWS scripts for Skype provided by Doug
Lee? Webpage is: www.dlee.org/skype. There is also a feature called
SkypeWatch which can announce contacts signing in/out, and the name of the
contact calling. To enable it, you can either follow the instruction
findable at www.dlee.org/skype/inst.php, or download an utility which
installs it for you automatically going to this alternit link:
