Hmmm, But, if bharatvaya says it's not accessible via the keyboard, then wouldn't that mean the b solution would not work either? for in my understanding, the quickKey B, only takes you to elements that tab would normally readily locate also.... So one must presume that this particular bank website, is, for some reason, doing rather poorly as regards their current knowledge/implementation of accessibility? That's one of the first things I'd be doing if I were you bharatvaya. I.e. seeking to get in touch with someone in the bank's customer service devision, hopefully who understands the first thing about accessing a website from the keyboard, and explaining the situation to them, and requesting that they'd take a look at insuring that this button, and all/any others, are definitely in the tab-order, such that the sighted non-jaws user can tab to them and activate them successfully with spacebar. secondly, I'd wanna try to establish, if perhaps this button, is truly a graphical BitMap button/area which is also not at all accessible/labellable via Jaws Graphics labeller feature? Mind you to be honest, I've never personally found this to be a particularly helpful/useful feature in html land, but might be worth a longshot? For then at least, you might have a chance of labelling it, then either navigating to it with Jaws+Arrows, or even using the Jaws Find labelled Graphics feature, under JawsKey+Control+F. Mind you, In the past, that seems to me to have even been a bit of a dodgy/unreliable feature anywayz! I can't test at the moment under jaws13, but I've had instances where that JawsFind feature, at least on the part of graphics, seems to have changed depending on whether the jaws cursor was active or not, at the time of hitting next? Plus, you had to insure you were at the top of the window, with controlHome, and then choose forward. I.e. to my knowledge It was never made inteligent enough to just auto-wrap, and search the whole window for the instance of the labelled graphic. goodness knows why not. Lastly though, if all that fails, then the HotSpotClicker tool, might well become your friend! Http://www.hotSpotClicker.org rather easier than writing a script to locate this, if indeed it is nothing but a BitMap pattern of red pixels denoting this button, because of it's wizard-based approach, HotSpotClicker, HSC, was really Designed for specifically solving these types of problems, and a great deal more besides. however, I feel I should say that To utilize all it's cool features, HSC is not the most straightforward tool to connect to the internet explorer application, for a bunch of reasons I won't go into yet. as for it's full feature set, it requires some careful pasting of information into certain parts of the internet explorer script set. Which if you've never ventured into script land before, really should not be attempted in my view, as it's perilously easy to break things in here if your not super careful. I'll leave this here, and if your really keen to trial HSC to solve your problem, i.e. if nothing else does, flip us back and we'll see if we can help you. meanwhile, if you are keen, you can download and install the hotspotClicker.exe application on your puter, then await further instructions. It doesn't offer any of it's special magic until it's actually, connected, to the application in which you want to use it, so should be relatively harmless to just install. let us know what you'd like to do from here. Hope this helps.
