Hi Ganesh,

You can start with implementing few gems like devise, twitter boostrap, or
facebook login integration from www.rubygems.org, you can find more gems by
its category at www.ruby-toolbox.com. For hosting you can use www.heroku.com,
but it uses Postgresql by default.
