Yesterday, I participated Barcamp5 chennai at PayPal.
It is happy to see that most of the topics included the concepts of FOSS.

Full Text Search using Apache Solr
Building FireFox Plugins
Introduction to Android
I handled the session "Making Money with Free Open Source Software"
Shared some thoughts on the business models available in FOSS.
Had good discussions and debates with the people.
Happy see the changes in the awareness of FOSS in the IT Crowd.
Most people know and they are waiting for a good starting to explore the
powers of FOSS.
Let us do our best for them to explore more.
