Run the Firefox Profile Manager

$ firefox -no-remote -P

After executing this command, you 'll see a pop-up window.
Click on create profile button and add your profile name.
Clich the "Start Firefox" button. That's all. :)

For Example, before executing the above command, login to your
gmail/facebook or any other site.
Now after clicking the 'Start Firefox' command by executing the above
command, you can login to those sites as a different user( two or more
users )on the same web browser.
So, there is no restriction that the user has to logout to give access
to another user. ;)
