Hi,
I am getting an error message while installing Virtualbox in RHEL5
root@twain ~]# yum install VirtualBox*
Loaded plugins: rhnplugin, security
Setting up Install Process

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
package-cleanup --dupes
rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
