Hi All,
I went back to the Bison playa in Levelland this evening. There were fewer
birds overall, but a greater diversity of species. Lots of great birds and
some Western Sandpipers in beautiful breeding plumage. Finally got my
Stilt Sandpipers, too :) The water level seems about the same but there is
now water running along the ditches on either side of the road, making
parking off to the side a little more difficult.
