We did not locate the gravel road leading to the stream.
Looking for it on Google map, satellite view.
Do you drive alongside the railroad track for a couple hundred feet first, then
left onto the gravel road?

Thanks to Phillip’s excellent directions I was able to find the phoebe in five
minutes. At 3:00 pm it was still between the trestle and the dam. I found it
in an open area close to the trestle, at the end of the gravel road that runs
down to the stream from Atzlan Park.
