[leasbirds] Black-throated Gray Warbler - Arboretum (Clapp Park)

Thanks to Jim Crites this morning he alerted me to a Black-throated Gray
Warbler in the arboretum!
He found it in the two pines east of the GAC 8:00AM and we met up and went
back to the two pines and it was still there as of 8:45AM - 9:00AM.
Attached are photos of the bird and screen shot of the two pines circled in
red.
