I think you can discount the Bell’s Vireo because the white spectacles in your photo is more distinct than typical for Bell’s and your photo shows two distinct white wing bars while my National Geographic guide only shows one wingbar for Bell’s Vireo.  That leaves the choice between the Blue-headed and the Cassin’s vireos.  Once again my field guide (NG) says all age Blue-headed Vireos have a bright olive back which is present in your photo.  Cassin’s lack this coloration.  Range maps also favor the Blue-headed Vireo identification.  I hope this helps.  Congratulations on getting to bird at High Island!
