Hey everyone,
LEAS Bird Walks are resuming now that the holidays are over. This year we'll be
doing Lake 6, known formally, and to Google Maps, as Dunbar Historical Lake.
Meet Saturday, January 26, at 9 AM in the parking lot on the eastside of the
lake. This is the parking lot by the mountain bike trails, and also where the
Suplbk standup paddle board business is staged. I attached a screenshot of the
exact location.
We'll plan on birding 'til 11. This is one of Lubbock's birding hotspots so I'm
sure we'll see some good stuff this year! If you have any questions please let
me know!
