[leasbirds] Ladder-backed Woodpecker

I was just standing in my backyard (77th and Flint) talking on the phone with
my son, when suddenly a Ladder-backed Woodpecker landed on our Redbud snag
about two feet away.
There was no doubt about the ID – I raised one last year from a nestling and
later released it in our backyard.
Two other Ladder backs actually came to ‘visit’ during the time mine was
hardening off in a cage - pre-release - out back and the pair was seen in our
yard more than once.
