Even with the north cemetery gates shut one can either walk from the cemetery
to the dam area via where the "I'm stumped" fallen tree blocks the landfill
lot, or go east and down across the railroad tracks to the fence around the
sewage treatment plant.
Or park at the ball fields on the north rim and walk in that way. They can't
keep us out! :)

entrance off MLK was still open at that time.
