Hi everyone,
Since it's cleared up a little, I plan to go meet with anyone who wants to
venture out for our 6pm field trip this evening - i.e. our field trip is
not cancelled.
On the other hand, I assume our meeting place at MacKenzie Park is flooded
- let's meet at the pullout by the pier on the north side of Lake 6 (Dunbar
Historical Lake) and decide what to do from there. Please bring along
rubber boots in case we decide to walk into some partially flooded wooded
areas.
The pier is located on the north branch of Canyon Lake Drive which goes all
the way around Lake 6 - the pier is about a third of the way down when
you're going from M.L. King Jr. Blvd. toward the Lake 6 dam.
