We finally moved to our new house north of Ropesville. It’s been about a year and a half in the works. Still getting things in order, but while I was outside I heard and then observed these Sandhills.

I counted the number in the picture and there are 222 Sandhill Cranes. They appeared to be separating and turning around, regrouping and separating again.
