East side of the academic classroom building under the bushes next to the glass wall.
Right past the west set of stairs. There’s a big pistachio tree.

There’s a Spotted Towhee with it.

Things are kicking here!  I know so many locations to choose from and so little migration time.

So far I have had:
Male norther parula,
American redstart
Ruby crowned kinglets
House wrens
Common poorwill
American redstart
Grasshopper sparrow
Lincoln’s sparrow
Summer tanager
Common yellow throat
( yes you heard that right)
