Sorry about that. I have prosopagnosia (also known as face blindness). I
also couldn't identify another fellow today (Chris) because he cut his
beard not too long ago and I haven't managed to get the new face down yet.
On the positive side, I did identify Skyler Parks correctly:)
What's really sad is that I think I met at least three new people today ...
and I will have no idea who they are when next I see them.

Greetings All:
Spurred on by a Willet report I got out a bit this morning. First of
season - for me - are indicated with (FOS)
I got on the Willet (FOS) at McAlister Park pretty quickly and thanks to a
socially distanced Jim Crites got on the Semipalmated Plover
(FOS) almost as quickly.
Other highlights from McAlister Park included 4 Blue-winged Teals, 2
Cinnamon Teals, 21 Black-necked Stilts, 13 American Avocets, 3 Baird's
Sandpipers, 6 Least Sandpipers, 1 Semipalmated Sandpiper, 5 Long-billed
Dowitchers, 1 Greater Yellowlegs, 3 Lesser Yellowlegs, 26 Wilson's
Phalaropes (FOS), 1 Snowy Egret, 3 White-faced Ibises, 1 Merlin, 4 Northern
Rough-winged Swallows, 1 Tree Swallow, 2 Bank Swallows, 4 Cave Swallows
(amidst hordes of Barn and Cliff Swallows),
1 Grasshopper Sparrow, 2 White-crowned Sparrows, 1 Bullock's Oriole, 2
Yellow Warblers, 1 Wilson's Warbler, and 2 Dickcissels (FOS).
A quick stop at Leftwich Park was well worth the effort with highlights
included 2 Stilt Sandpipers (FOS), 1 Greater Yellowlegs, 1 Great Egret, 5
Snowy Egrets, 1 Mississippi Kite (FOS), 1 Plumbeous Vireo (FOS - with 6+
Yellow-rumped Warblers working the tops of some of the taller trees), and 2
Chipping Sparrows.
A quick stop at Leroy Elmore Park was decent with 2 Neotropic Cormorants,
7 Great Egrets, 11 Snowy Egrets, 2 Cattle Egrets, 1 Broad-winged Hawk, 1
Orange-crowned Warbler, 1 Yellow Warbler, and 2 Wilson's Warblers. All of
the warblers were in the willow clusters at the northwest corner of the
playa.
