Wow! Thanks man! Spotted it and two Orange Crowneds and also a Summer Tanager.
And I saw the Whistling Ducks! Two new lifers for me!

I just spotted a male Townsend's Warbler high in the largest liveoak
in the courtyard on the TTU HSC Campus - this is the group of liveoaks
surrounded on three sides by buildings at the northeast corner of the
complex.
There were quite a few sparrows about as well, including a very large
number of White-crowned Sparrows for this late in the season and
another one of our lingering White-throated Sparrows.
