Greetings All:
For the last couple of weeks (according to refuge personnel) there have
been two Tundra Swans wandering back and forth from Muleshoe NWR (Bailey
County, Texas) and Grulla NWR (Roosevelt County, New Mexico). They were at
Upper Paul's Lake (Muleshoe NWR) at first light this morning but were not
there forty-five minutes later.
I have also heard rumour of a Brant discovered a wee bit north of Muleshoe
- up into the Panhandle - earlier today.
