As I was sitting in my car this morning at Buddy Holly park trying to take a
picture of some of the Buffleheads on the lake it struck me that we in West
Texas have some unique challenges when it comes to photography. During one
of our recent LEAS meetings Louis Curtis talked to us about camera settings
and other tips for taking pictures. One thing he mentioned is that when
taking a picture from your car you might want to turn off the ignition so
that you don’t get vibration from the motor. He didn’t mention, however,
what to do if you did turn off the ignition but your whole car is still
shaking because of our West Texas “Breezes” :)
