There were four White-crowned Sparrows hopping around in the yard earlier
today. Good to see so many.

As I walked across the back yard just now, a bird almost collided with me.
It stopped in a bush and turned to glare at me.
It was a White-crowned Sparrow.
We normally see a lot of them, but don't recall seeing one this year.
