I “think” I had one just north of shrubhenge.
Weak eye ring, no tail flicking, gray vest with a very pale yellow belly.
Smudges on under tail coverts.
Position was middle of a canopy out on a dead limb which it kept returning to
over and over.
I tried sending a video of it’s behavior but no go.
