the RW blackbirds seem to have taken over the feeders the last couple of
weeks.  the jays come down just to take a drink.  the jays a pretty
skiddish and have always been tough to photograph. is  the yellowlegs
lesser or greater?  i think greater.  what do you think?  yellowlegs
yesterday at mackensie.  CB thrasher trying to hide in a cholla at ransom.

“life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely
in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside,
thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming-WOW-WHAT A
RIDE!”
