hey you wild and crazy guys and gals. went to the water tower at 50th
and indiana this morning-no luck. drove over to the tower at 35th and
ave w and there it was. these shots are not the best but may try again
later for sharper images. this is probably one of the fastest birds on
planet earth. During its spectacular hunting stoop from heights of over
1 km (0.62 mi), the peregrine may reach speeds of 320 km/h (200 mph) as
it drops toward its prey. for you photogs out there. i used a 2x tc
but next time i'll try a 1.4 for sharper images.
