My Outlook.com email system failed to deliver emails sent on Thursday, April 6.
It was somehow signed out of Microsoft Exchange.
On Friday, I sent the messages again, and all worked OK.
Suddenly on Saturday evening I began to receive notifications from Microsoft of
the failures, and the messages were automatically sent, causing a duplication.
