Great pics! Wonder if it’s a sandhill missing color or just the angle like when
White Pelicans turn in the light? Whooping Cranes should have black patches on
the ends of their wings like Floyd mentioned. Guess it could be a leucistic
Whooping Crane, too. Either way, it’s an interesting picture! Thanks for the

looked around ransom today and heard a large flock of sandhills flying
overhead. clicked a few images and during post noticed that one may be a
whooper. correct me if i'm wrong. also 1 rc kinglet, 2 flickers, 2 gf
woodpeckers and several pb grebes along with other usual suspects.
