Postare il log? non sarebbe una brutta idea non trovi?
I problemi in fase di shutdown "potrebbero" essere dovuti a qualche
subdola funzionalità come ACPI (a me capitava su un IBM TP R40 con il
kernel 2.4.x [22<=x<=25] che con acpi abilitato mi dava KP) ma senza i
log un'ipotesi vale l'altra.
