[Linuxtrent] problemi di certificati

oggi improvvisamente (ossai dopo aver fatto una dist-upgrade da testing
ad unstable e aver risposto Y ad alcune domande su file di
configurazione di cui non ricordo esattametne il nome ma che
riguardavano ssl e pam) se faccio un update ottengo:

W: È consigliabile eseguire apt-get update per correggere questi problemi
mentre se provo a connettermi a jabber (con diversi account, stessa cosa
capita a qualche mio amico) non si connette:
gaim dice: handshake ssl fallito
gossip dice:
(gossip:4701): WARNING **: We have some issues in the connection counting
e neppure con altri client risco a connettermi a jabber...
mentre se con gaim provo a connettermi a msn tutto ok.
Ho provato google ma le risposte riguardano cose successe mesi fa (tipo
che marrillat si stava aggiornando era solo questione di tempo...
any hints?
Dipende dal mio dist-upgrade oppure è un problema differente?

Per iscriversi (o disiscriversi), basta spedire un messaggio con OGGETTO
"subscribe" (o "unsubscribe") a mailto:linuxtrent-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
