Formed in 1998, WTI today, is tackling a diverse range of issues like emergency relief and conservation orientated activities, in partnership with governments and communities, across India. Job Responsibilities: • Assist the Chief of Conservation in maintaining and updating the records (hard & soft) of all Depth Projects. • Coordinate appointments/ meetings for and with the Chief of Conservation including travel & other admin matters. • Attend review meeting and documents the deliberation for circulation and follow ups. • Responsible for the Programmatic work with regard to the collection and compilation of monthly reports, documentation and review of project records and verification of cash flows and expenditure statements • Facilitate review of all depth projects as outlined in the Project Implementation Plans, in close coordination with Chief of Conservation and other relevant project team members. • Assist in evaluation and monitoring of Depth Projects. • Facilitate conducting of planning meetings at least once a year for Depth Projects. • Coordinate with Development and Communication team. • Facilitate submission of monthly reports and donor reports generated in the field to the Development team.
