<< Intermediate level R programming for Biologists >>
(7-8 January 2020 (6:00 pm -7:45 pm IST))
*The two-day workshop will introduce the participants to the basic concepts
of Date data types, logical operations on vectors/matrices, control flow
using 'if', 'else' & 'for' statements, the ‘apply’ family of functions,
writing simple custom functions as well as setting graphical parameters
while plotting and combining different plots using R programming language.*
*What will you learn:* This course will help you further in the R
programming skills required for data analysis and visualization.
The workshop will be conducted by Dr. Sameer Padhye who has extensive
experience in science research publication, description of new species,
data analysis and wrangling.
*Important:* Basic knowledge of data types & structures, data editing and
plotting using R programming language is required. Participation
certificates will be provided.
