SECOND 2 DAYS ONLINE WORKSHOP
*SCIENTIFIC IMAGE AND GRAPHIC EDITING *
*USING INKSCAPE AND GIMP*
26-27 November 2020 (6:00 - 8:30 pm).
*The workshop will introduce you to the basics of scientific image and
graphic editing using open source software INKSCAPE and GIMP. *
*Topics include:* User interface, Basic tools, import and export formats,
basic image and canvas adjustments, Background editing and selection tools,
Drawing and stroking paths and Illustration
Workshop will be conducted by speakers who have extensive experience in
science research publication, description of new species, digital image and
graphics editing and data analysis.
