We are looking for a passionate youngster (not necessarily with an
architecture background although the JD says so) to be a research assistant
on a project that a senior Architect in Bangalore is undertaking. The
research is about Passive Architecture and Sustainability (comparing our
traditional architecture with today’s green rating systems). Any leads are

*Position*: Research Assistant
*Edu Qual. requirements:* B.Arch, M.Arch, Graduate from allied fields of
architecture and design
*Skills: *Good communication and analytical skills, critical thinking, and
strong writing skills are a must for the RA.
*Outline of work involved:* The RA is required to have a good ability to
analyse information, read through relevant documents, sift through data and
put together report/s as per the researcher's guidance and requirements.
The RA must also keep himself abreast with current developments around the
researcher's topic of research and keep him informed of all and any
pertinent findings. The ability to create illustrations and graphics will
be an added advantage.
*Duration: *1 year
*Remuneration: *To be decided based on skills of the candidate
*Location:* Bangalore
*Project premise:* The research project is about Passive Architecture and
Sustainability (comparing our traditional architecture with today’s green
rating systems)
*Project outcome: *An easy to use toolkit for building professionals
