It gives me an immense pleasure to Wish you and your family a Happy New

This is also the time I think appropriate to inform you that a small group
of people has initiated publication of a new journal. The number of
experts, enthusiasts and upcoming scientists is increasing, it was thought
timely to start a publication where all like-minded people can express
themselves explicitly. The journal is intended to provide a forum for
