The entries were evaluated by a panel consisting of Lian Pin Koh and Dan Brockington (for entries on their respective papers), Sandhya Sekar (science writer), Ankila Hiremath and Caitlin Kight (Current Conservation editors). Based on their evaluations, here are the winners: 1. Paper on use of drones in community forest monitoring: KARTHIK TEEGELAPALLI 2. Paper on celebrities in conservation: ANJALI VAIDYA The winners get a 2 year subscription to Current Conservation and a book voucher worth Rs. 1500. Apart from the winners, the following entrants got special mention from the judges for the quality of their entries.
