*“CREATING DETAILED DATA VISUALIZATIONS USING R” *
6-8 July, 2021 (6:00 pm - 8:00 pm IST)
*This workshop will introduce you to data visualization using the R
programming language. You will learn to create detailed plots using base R
graphics and 'ggplot2' library which is one of the most widely used
packages for data visualization in R today.*
*Topics: *
1. *Plotting using base R,*
2. *brief introduction to the ggplot2 package, *
3. *quick plotting using qplot function,*
4. *plotting different types of graphs (histograms, barcharts,
piecharts, scatter and line plots, boxplots as well as ribbon and violin
plots) *
5. *Using ggplot function followed by editing and customizations of
these plots to make them publication ready.*
