consideration with experience of being a project member in charge of
Environment and Social Consideration for at least two rural development
projects. or
4. At least 10 years of working experience in forest management
projects and/or relevant field, and
5. Professional in preparing reports in English.

*BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES *
1. The main objective of the Survey is to formulate the Forestry
Project, proposed by the Forest Department (FD). The Detailed Project
Report (DPR) for the Project has already been prepared by FD.
2. The Preparatory Survey on Project for Forest Management is required
for further detailed examination of the DPR including reviewing the current
DPR and supplemental information collection, contents of components,
institutional arrangement, implementation schedule, basis of the cost
estimate and environmental and social consideration.
