However, there has been a bit of an error from our side in stating a few
things, although not relating to the nature of or details about internship
but important from the side of precision of information. Would request you
to kindly share the a small follow up with corrected information and
further details about the project that might be relevant.

*Research Intern/volunteer positions available for individuals from
background and academic interest in biological sciences pertaining field
research!*
*This message is being circulated for recruitment of personnel in the Black
Kite Project for a fixed time period. The project is a research effort
focused on kites, ranging across multiple domains of*
*ecology, animal behaviour, movement ecology & migration, eco-physiology,
ethno-zoology and wider concerns. The team operates in Delhi under
the supervision of senior scientists from Wildlife Institute of India,
Dehradun (Profs Y V Jhala and Qamar Qureshi), Oxford University, UK (Prof
Andrew G Gosler) and Donana Biological Station CSIC, Spain (Prof Fabrizio
Sergio). The research team is led by Urvi Gupta and Nishant Kumar, research
fellows at WII. *
*A steady team of about 10 researchers and assistants in Delhi and Dehradun
are involved in conducting this study on black kites*.*The project involves
rigorous fieldwork and consistent efforts towards developing scientific
acumen during period of engagement on topics of core interest like
population and habitat ecology, animal behaviour, movement ecology &
migration, ethno-zoology, etc. Subject to their performance, motivated
individuals would have an opportunity for absorption as senior research
assistants in the later stages upon displaying significant contribution,
motivation and drive for research on birds of prey. Individuals who have
finished graduation/post graduation with relevant background, interested in
a research career and can dedicate full time work during the day in the NCT
of Delhi, for a minimum engagement period of 6 months would be preferred. *
