and to provide impetus to the Communication and Education programmes. If

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - ADMINISTRATION/OPERATIONS

This position will spend approximately 80-85% of time managing activities,
administering funds and raising funds through proposals. The Associate
Director - Administration/Operations will be also responsible for
supporting the development and execution of activities and projects in
collaboration with all team members. She/he will spend the remaining time
(approx. 15 - 20%) on efforts to develop the education and communication
programmes.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - EDUCATION/COMMUNICATION

This position will spend approximately 50-65% of time managing education
and science communication activities, administering funds and raising funds
through proposals for targeted activities within these domains. The
Associate Director - Education/Communication will be also responsible for
supporting the development and execution of education activities and
projects in collaboration with select partner organisations. She/he will
spend the remaining time (approx. 35-50%) on efforts to develop the
existing communication activities and intensify their impact.
IndiaBioscience operates largely through a web presence and a key part of
this job profile includes promoting and increasing the growth of the
overall network across India and abroad, both through the website and other
means.
