Dear all,
We are happy to announce the availability of an *Internship** position in
the ongoing project titled “*Movement pattern and inbreeding status of
swamp deer at Uttarakhand, India*”. The student will be expected to spend
majority of time in the field and work across swamp deer habitats in north
Indian grasslands. There will be also opportunities to work in the
laboratory and use molecular markers for swamp deer samples at *Wildlife
Institute of India*.

*Eligibility criteria:*
1. Masters degree in Zoology/Life Sciences/any science field
2. Willingness to work in both field and lab
*3.* *Duration: 6 months or more (starting from March beginning)*
(Exceptional Bachelors students in the relevant field could also be
considered and may apply.)
The Intern would be awarded a *Certificate of Experience* from the
Wildlife Institute of India on satisfactory completion of the work.
