Hi guys,
At Livingful, we are building a Support Group on *Understanding and
Resolving Climate Anxiety*. Our first two sessions are happening on the
weekend of 2nd and 3rd July from 11am - 12 pm. We are closing the
registrations on Thursday.
*What is a Support Group*
A support group is safe space where people who are facing similar
challenges, come together to share their experiences , offer support and
encouragement and receive it as well.
*What a Support Group is not **
1) A therapy session, if there is something which is particularly
challenging on distressing you, then it is recommended that you see a
professional
2) Networking platform
3) A platform for judgements and opinions
1) The Circle is lead by *psychologist Harnoor Kaur* from Chandigarh who is
very passionate about the topic.
2) The group size is *6-8 people* max
3) The focus is on *peer bonding and mutual learnin*g from each other's
experiences
4) We meet over Zoom on *2nd and 3rd July f**rom 11am-12pm*
5) There is a contribution amount of Rs 399 which goes towards compensating
the psychologist and the other logistics. However in case your expectations
are not met then the amount is *100 % refundable*
6) In the two day agenda we have the below activities planned
Day 1 - Listening and Catharsis through different mediums
Day 2- Resolving Anxiety by Goal setting and Synergizing
