Dear PopBios,
we are happy to invite you to the 33rd POPBIO Conference which will be held
in the city center of Prague, Czech Republic, from 21st to 23rd May 2020.
We are planning to have five sessions with introductory lectures on current
hot topics in plant ecology, namely Biodiversity and ecosystem functions,
Long-term ecology, Global change, Epigenetics in plant adaptations and
Ecological consequences of genome size and polyploidization.
We welcome contributions related to these topics as well as any other
topics fitting into the broad field of plant population biology. As at
other conferences of this series, we particularly invite young scientists
to present their research.
We also invite you to join us for both pre and post conference excursions
to specific habitats with serpentines, old paleozoic calcareous rocks of
the Bohemian Karst, volcanic territory of the České středohoří/Böhmisches
Mittelgebirge and the Polomené hory
