Dear Yeti Members,
We are looking for a project assistant to join us on a two-year-long
project titled *Phylogeny & Comparative Biogeography of Endemic Odonates of
the Western Ghats. *
*The details of the post are as follows:*
Funded by: DST-SERB, Govt. of India
Tenure: Two Years (2021-2023)
Post: Project Assistant
Salary: 20,000/- monthly (consolidated)
The project assistant will be based in Pune, Maharashtra.
*Eligibility:*Masters in any discipline (MSc preferable)
*Desirable Qualification:*
- Basic experience in Insect / Odonata taxonomy
- Basic experience in molecular lab techniques (DNA Extraction, PCR, Gel
Electrophoresis)
- Basic experience in data analysis and RS-GIS
- Valid driving license & experience (two- & four-wheeler)
