On behalf of Vikalp Sangam, four organizations namely Development
Alternatives, National Coalition for Natural Farming, Kalpavriksh, and
Bhoomi College are co-hosting a series of dialogues *(Vocal4Local- India
Chapter)* as part of the *World Localization Day Program 2021.* The theme
for these discussions will be centred around Local Green Enterprises with a
focus on enabling Local Food Systems.

After the first two insightful dialogue sessions, here is the third and the
last session of the series- A Video Podcast.

*RECLAIMING OUR FOOD SYSTEMS THROUGH SUSTAINABLE FARMING PRACTICES*

It will be compilation of interview podcasts with three remarkable
practitioners who are working on localization initiatives across the food
systems value chain while

● Promoting Neo-traditional Agriculture to achieve food and livelihood
security, and Climate Change Adaptation
● Encouraging use of native and desi which are localised, adaptive to the
specific agro climatic conditions of the regions which provide resistant
structures on the farm
● Setting up Local markets/ farmers markets' to promote native/local
agriculture produce, and
● Bringing into focus the practice of local, regional and
traditional natural farming practices for farm resilience and low input
alternatives.
